On the occasion Huistra give some things related exposure coaching young age. After three weeks in Jakarta, Dutchman admitted that many find problems in Indonesian football.

"Indonesia has a lot of potential to be able to develop his football. But why not ride the team achievement? So it is my duty to investigate and find out what is wrong with the Indonesian football," said Huistra.

He considered coaching a young age is very important built to be able to create a strong national team in the future. However, he highlights one thing that is the bottleneck of the issue of infrastructure.

"I've watched a few games and chat with many people. I was surprised with the existing facilities here. Field football here is very bad. And some field that can be rented at an expensive price. Two things cause this is coaching a young age do not develop.

"What is needed by the Indonesian football is football organization in each area to foster a young age. Here is the PSSI to handle the task of Indonesian football," he said.

He cited a young football in Uruguay are very built up neatly. Every small children aged 6 to 14 years old can practice good football because it is supported by adequate field.

Therefore, calling Huistra main task is to encourage the PSSI to improve the infrastructure first.

"Actually, all the problems can be fixed. If the PSSI and the government wants to work together to build the infrastructure," he said.
